Hi, I’m Randy Cantrell
My career began as a high school kid selling hi-fi gear for straight commission. That was in the early 70′s. For over 32 years I’ve held C-level leadership roles, been responsible for millions of dollars of sales and built organizations remarkably different and better!
Coaching, leading, inspiring and nudging people forward are my strong suits. Well, an occasional Hickey Freeman doesn’t hurt either, although I’m equally happy with a good Hart Schaffner Marx.

Today, I put to good use a lifetime of experiences operating successful retail enterprises by helping independently owned, commission-based retail companies find ways to improve their profits, customer loyalty and employee engagement by being remarkable. Typical higher ticket retailers like car dealers, RV dealers, motorcycle dealers, boat dealers, furniture dealers, appliance dealers and consumer electronics dealers all tend to have commission-based sales teams. That’s my specialty. I don’t claim that everybody should listen to me, but it would be quite flattering if they did.
